How We Got Here

Asphalt Paving Toronto started in 2010 with a frustration that anyone who has hired a bad paver will recognise: too many driveways in this city are laid fast and cheap, over a base that was never built to carry a load or move water. They look fine for a season, then crack, sink, and crumble the moment a few Ontario winters get to work on them.

We built our business on the opposite approach. The part you cannot see, the excavation, the grading, the compacted base, is the part that determines whether a driveway lasts 20 years or fails in five. So that is where we put our attention. We are a hands-on crew, not a call centre with a subcontractor list. The person who quotes your job is the person who stands behind the work.

Since 2010 we have completed over 2,000 residential and commercial projects across Toronto and the GTA, and the referrals that keep us busy come from doing what we said we would do, at the price we quoted, with a surface that holds up.
